Benefits Of Probiotics

Any of you take a probiotic? If you do I would love for you to comment below which one you take! If you do not take one and have no idea what they are beneficial for I will help you out with a little information..

First off definition of a Probiotic: A microorganism that when consumed  maintains or restores beneficial bacteria to the digestive tract.

Good bacteria is naturally found in your body… probiotics help to replenish that good bacteria through certain foods or supplements.

An example of why you would not have enough good bacteria in your body…

  • Ever take antibiotics from your doctor for being sick and wonder why you have diarrhea? That is because many antibiotics kill that good bacteria in your gut which shifts the balance and allows the bad bacteria to thrive.

Studies have shown that probiotic supplements can cure the antibiotic diarrhea. Studies have also shown that they can help with bloating, (which I swear I always have) constipation and other symptoms.

Andddd one of the main reasons I myself take a probiotic is for my skin duh! There is some evidence that they can be helpful for people with acne, rosacea, and eczema. Hello?! Who doesn’t want that?! Let me tell you since I started taking mine I swear for myself it has helped minimize my breaks out and also helped with my digestive track 100%.
